「The stay was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was how diabolical the hotel was at replying to messages or phone calls about the transfer from the airport that they offer. It took 3 weeks for them to reply and when they replied, I replied within a few hours to book the transfer and still no message or phone call to this day. Rooms are clean and tidy. Amazing view from the top floor of the platinum building with sea view.」

Trevlig och serviceminded personal som hämtade både oss och vårt bagage från parkeringsplatsen som ligger utanför stadsmuren. Inget ställe om man har svårt för backar eller trappor i de trånga gränderna. Överallt fantastisk utsikt. Bra pool och underbar restaurang med både fin frukost och middag. Rummet bekvämt men inte i toppskick. 」

「Ett bra mindre hotell med en fin pool. Ligger lite avsides från andra byggnader och hotell men inte långt från huvudvägen och ca 10-15 min att gå till stranden Velika plaza. Finns restaurang och uteservering på hotell där man kan äta och dricka. Rummet var lite litet och även vatten-varmberedaren var liten men funkar om man är 1-2 personer. 」

「We arrived early in the season and the place was deserted. They should not be booking guests as they have no service. This is not a hotel but apartments that are not clean. This place should not be listed as a 4 star in Hotels.com and because it is deceptive it should not be listed on the site at all. 」

「It was a nice hotel, but the ad on Expedia isn't accurate. The "spa" was only two hot tubs on the roof that were out of order. There was no sauna like in the pictures, and no massages or anything offered. Also, the "second pool" was just the shallow section of the one, not especially large pool. I should also mention that the wifi and the main power to our room kept shutting off. I don't know if this was a problem for the whole city or just our hotel, but it went on for the entire trip and...
