「This is probably the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at. The landscaping is stunning and done with the upmost taste. Rooms are simple and very comfortable. Location is great with superb restaurants and cafes right outside the door. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend.」

「Loved the quietness of the island which made sleeping excellent. We had a room with a balcony (not many here) and enjoyed sitting, looking over the harbour and enjoying a glass or two of wine. The breakfast was served in a quaint dining area and had a great selection of items to eat. Will definitely come back here again. 」

「Rather than a guesthouse, this was a self-contained studio apartment. It was well-equipped. Great views and a small terrace and patio area. Housekeeping came once during the week. The owner met us off the ferry and took us to the apartment, we would never have found it otherwise. He did not come back to check if everything was ok, which would have been nice. Hydra is built on a hillside and to reach the apartment you had to climb many steps. It would not be suitable for anyone who is not fit...
