「I stayed at this property five years ago during the Christmas Holiday and was very impressed. It was great staying again this year and to see that the facility was still well-maintained. However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed that Vrbo required an additional 3,000 deposit!!! Since I reserved the property in late October, Vrbo would hold my funds until January!! Unfortunately, this policy would prevent me from selecting this property as my first choice for future Christmas stays. 」

I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info.
