「Javier was an excellent front desk executive. He tried to make better are check-in experience. We arrived a little bit earlier from the check-in time, and found the way to let us accommodate in our room ASAP. Food is nice, well located. Very good experience. 」

「Excellent experience. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Nayara. Staff was excellent. We had a little travel hiccup before we arrived, but the experienced staff quickly fixed the problem.All the staff were excellent and always happy to help. We cant wait to go again. Just FYI you have to take a domestic flight to get to Bocas Del Torro from Panama city. The food was excellent and the snorkeling. If you want to just get away from the business of every day living this is the place...

「Beautiful property in the woods. The hotel restaurant serves wonderful foods. Lots of nature and fresh air. The room was good and had hot water for shower. Internet WiFi was spotty at best but we did have good mobile reception. Good location.」

「Great se luded place with an amazing beach. Our pool light was not working and they offered to change our villa (which we were very confortable) and since we refused they borrowed the golf cart instead for the full stay. Friendly staff and beach club. A bit far from the main village if you plan to go there for dinners, but there are 4 restaurants accesible and a market」

「Beautiful property, wonderful staff and room. The food was delicious as well. My only suggestion would be to have the hot tub outside to be actually hot. The water was cold, with no way to make it hot. It would’ve been great to be able to utilize it. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and would stay here again! 」

「Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce petit bungalow construit sur pilotis. Nous recherchions la tranquillité, nous l’avons eue ! Pas de voisins, pas de trafic, nous étions absolument seuls et ça nous allait parfaitement. Evidemment, si vous cherchez l’animation et souhaitez être au plus près des commerces et restaurants, ce n’est pas forcément le bon endroit pour vous. 「今回で2度目の宿泊です(^^)スタッフも私達を覚えていてくれて、とても嬉しかったです。 シャワーのお湯もしっかり出るし、アメニティもちゃんと揃ってます。ベットも枕も寝心地が良く、夜は波の音を聞きながらぐっすり眠れました。 ただ、バルコニーの椅子やテーブルにタバコの吸い殻が落ちていて残念でした。レストランの料理が美味しかったら最高なんですが、残念ながら夜は他のレストランやホテルに食べに行きました。」

「From the minute José met us at the Bocas airport, every minute of this adventure and stay was absolute perfection. Casa Cayuco manager Alondra met us at the dock to welcome us and give us a tour. She’s a lovely young woman who goes above and beyond in all she does – like everyone who works at this magical eco resort. We stayed in the one treehouse on the property which was incredible.
