"This hotel was good if you bring children, but not for couples: Bad food! Really not worth the money - we bought dinner included but only used it once. Breakfast was not good either. The pool and the spa was too cold (a spa should be min. 35-36 degrees, not 33). The cleaning included no bed-making and no vacuming. The personel was not service minded and half of them did not speak neither English, nor German. Not worth 4 stars if you ask me."

Befremdlich war für uns die Begrüßung " als erstes die Bankverbindung hinterlegen " und dann was man alles extra zahlen soll! Für die Sauna hätte man vor dem Urlaub einen Termin machen müssen. "Pobyt oceniam na bardzo udany. Super jedzenie, baseny i animacje. Jedyne co mi przeszkadzało to przejście z pokoju do restauracji i basenów to trochę kłopotliwe zwłaszcza gdy pada deszcz. Następnym razem wynajmiemy domek będzie bliżej bo domki też są fajne. Polecam ten hotel i napewno jeszcze tam wrócę. 😊"

"Unfortunately we were expecting four stars standard as that’s how it was advertised on Hotels.com. However we were allocated 2 stars instead due to overbooking. All very strange and confusing. As such I am rating this at 4 stars rather than two stars. We didn’t moved to another hotel, as offered by hotels.com, as we wanted to be with friends as that was main purposes of the trip."

"Nettes Hotel für Familien gut geeignet. Für Paarurlaube nicht ganz so ideal. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr klein und schnell überfüllt. Die Parkplätze sind extra zu bezahlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Möbel sind etwas billig und klemmen auch schon mal, aber man kann sich gut erholen und der Strand ist sehr schön."
