「年末に夫婦で利用しました。ホテルのファシリティは今ひとつだが、スタッフのサービスが総じて良好。食事も朝食はワンパターンで飽きるが、夕食は２つのレストランが選択出来、内容も想像していたより良く、豊富なチーズが食べ放題でありがたい。ゲレンデへのアクセスは良好、街の中心から歩くとやや昇りがきつい。スキー靴だとなおつらい。リフトが止まる前にホテルの裏山のピステから滑り込んでホテルに帰りたい。私たちが滞在中、８割は子供連れの家族。レストランはおかげで賑やかでした。でも、みんな楽しそうだったのでこちらも幸せになれました。」

「L'hôtel est bien placé en pleine nature tout en restant facilement accessible depuis le centre de Courchevel. Magnifique. La yourte est incroyable.」

「Location was great. Food was plentiful, varied and very good. I am a non-skier and was planning on working out a lot while hubby skied. Website stated that there was yoga, and it looked as though there would be about 5 classes/day...well, we were told onsite that there was no yoga instructor this year- please update your site!? The Norwegian spa on the roof was unavailable as well. Steam room/sauna were nice. Pool was lovely...when it was warm enough. 」

「Personnel sympathique et à l’écoute, situation idéale dans Val Thorens (l’un des hôtels les mieux situés dans Val Thorens), agencement des locaux très pratique, accès ski parfait, accès skishop direct, 2 restaurants sympa, chambre très confortable, piscine de grande taille et bien chaude avec des parties communes bien conçues (douches, vestiaires). Top! 」

「We loved the hotel. Staff were so friendly, family duplex rooms were great, ski in ski out fabulous, breakfast was lovely, freshly baked bread every morning - the fruit one was especially delicious!! Amazing views from our balcony!!! Our only improvement would be more hanging space for clothes and hooks by the door for ski coats!」

「Très bon hôtel pour un séjour au ski. Bien placé, très propre et accueillant. Petit déjeuner varié et agréable. Chambres bien pensées. Les salles de bains sont un peu datées mais rien de grave. Ski shop pratique et personnel serviable. Espace détente agréable même si la piscine, aveugle, est assez petite et très bruyante. Réservée au plus de 12 ans pour assurer un minimum de calme, elle est régulièrement squattée par des familles avec de jeunes enfants parfois très bruyants. C’est insupportable...

「2nd time we’ve been it’s an excellent hotel with the ski lifts right outside and a lovely pool and jacuzzi to relax in after a hard days skiing what more could you ask for!」

「What can I say, a fantastic hotel experience!! Clean, extremely comfortable and excellent service from all staff! Lovely breakfast, great location, Cosy bar area, nearby covered parking and a lovely little spa. The outdoor pool boasts amazing views of the mountains, just magical!! I highly recommend this lovely little property, my only improvement comment is the toilet roll provided in rooms which is a little too rough, so I purchased my own. Other than that, our experience was faultless....

「This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. 」

「I chose this destination & hotel to celebrate my birthday and I must say I loved everything about it, the hotel is perfectly located in the center and few steps from the gondolas station, nice restaurant options around the area, make sure you visit before the closing season as many good restaurants close on Apr 7. Good spa & friendly staff, highly recommended 」
