When we arrived, we asked if our room was ready, and Kim told us it wasn't, but she would text us as soon as it was. She gave us a great map so we could better understand the area, which was very helpful. Our room was ready within 15 minutes of us leaving, so if we had been told that, we would have just waited. We would consider staying here again."

"We loved our stay! The one bedroom suite was very spacious and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The location was excellent for all of the hikes, shopping and restaurants. It was quiet, clean and staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub also. "

"Our hotel room was below grade. Because we booked through Expedia they would not move it. Averaged $500 a night so unacceptable. Trails right out back but completely inaccessible due to property being entirely fenced in. Not even sure how you would get out if there were an emergency. Staff in the morning was very kind and the breakfast was great, but for the price the rest of the stay was just average. Multiple buildings none of which connected well. One building has two first floors! They label them upper and lower, but our hotel room was on a floor between those two floors. You can’t even make this up. Our next hotel was a much much better option would never stay here again for the price. "
