"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. "Staff on Sunday morning (we departed at 6:25AM) was very kind to pack a breakfast to go since our bus departed at 6:30AM. We had no time to eat breakfast in the morning and restaraunt did not open till 7am. But staff was so kind to pack a "to go" back with delicious food to eat on the train to Zurich. Thank you. Also staff greeting was very kind when we arrived a few hours before check in. They were able to prepare the room early for us and provide hot chocolate and coffee while we waited in the restaraunt. "
