From the moment you all in through the outdoor cafe and bar/restaurant you realize you are in a different type of place. Then you begin to notic the little artistic details. The hand-cut paper flowers fill your visual senses from all directions and from places you would never expect. The antique lights and mirrors, the little details. And then the room. The most inviting feeling I have ever experienced in a hotel. Like you are home. In a sanctuary. The most comfortable bed, pillows, and softest...

One thing that would move this hotel up on the scale was the power in the room. When you leave, the motion detector shuts the air off and some of the outlets. There is a work around for this problem, but then you have to decline housekeeping service. Other than that, I like it there and would stay there again. Nearly everyone was very nice and helpful.

Everyone at this hotel is incredibly nice and willing to do anything to make your stay more pleasant. Location is fantastic. Do not reserve with breakfast, breakfast is less expensive if you just buy it on site.

Incredibly friendly staff, and very warm welcome!
There are only two things I would note:
- I was unaware there was no elevator at this property. While it was not necessarily a major inconvenience, I was placed on the top floor and had to carry my luggage up 4 flights of stairs to my room.
- The signage outside the property could use some improvements, it is somewhat hidden off the road (especially since the reception is in a separate building from the hotel units.
Overall, I’d highly...

This is a small boutique hotel with no hustle/bustle. The room was spotless, well equipped, with a bathroom (although small) was modern and stylish. The 5-7:00 PM coffee and cake was included + a light well done Israeli breakfast. A perfect relaxing place for those who don't need to impress themselves by staying in a hotel with huge lobby and noise. Also, the location was wonderful for a quick swim in the Med. Priced great. We WILL back.

Went for wedding which then got postponed due to COVID So staying at BY14 TLV sever as good base to do different things, staff helpful and 2 blocks from beach. Would recommend as a small boutique type hotel

Wonderful, friendly staff. I had a communication issue with the parking lot attendant across the street (not associated with the hotel), and one of the staff went back with me to translate. I thought it was very nice of him to do that, and he was happy to do it. The whole staff is like that, friendly and personable, fluent in several languages. The room was super clean. Only downside was the size of the room--it was small, but otherwise quiet and centrally located. Speaking of location,...

Even though we arrived early, the staff accommodated our luggage, and gave us beach towels, access to the gym and food recommendations while we waited. Once in our room, they easily handled a room upgrade, which we did to allow room for an overnight guest. Service was always quick with a smile. They even had Thanksgiving treats in the lobby.
