「This is a great, comfortable country motel. A bit dated but extremely comfortable. It actually feels like the owners have slept in the rooms to ensure they work. It has everything you need including a coffee machine and a microwave. Comfy bed. Only issue is the power points next to the bed are a bit tricky to find as they are under the wall-mounted bedside table. 」

「We had an over night stay on our way to Carnarvon Gorge. The Laurels was such a pleasant surprise very homely and welcoming. Received an upgrade to room on the creek which had an outdoor bath. If had more time would have used it to take in the serenity. We loved it. 」
