「Restroom is dark and water stains are present all through the room.」

「It was ok. I was hoping our room had outdoor seating, we were facing parking lot so it was loud. Beach and pool were great.」

「We liked the closeness to the Island Queen. Room was very basic. No clock, no tv channel list. Carpet in the room was not clean. Coffee cups were small, no lids or hot cup carrier. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「The staff was friendly though minimal. Rooms were clean though they could use a touch up in paint or some equipment repaired. Surprising given that the hotel has been remodeled less than a year ago. Breakfast was at the Hampton Inn and not actually provided by the hotel. It was lukewarm for the most part.」

When we got there, they had already handed out all of those rentals and gave us one in the carriage house, which is not what they had told us over the phone.
