「We were the only "European" tourists staying in the hotel but were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and while relatively expensive compared to some of the local restaurants still very good value. Only down side is that if they have a wedding etc on it can be noisy in the garden rooms and the pool/pool area can be out of use.」

But a lot to improve on the service, clear information regarding check in and check out timings, daily room cleaning with bed sheet change and towels daily should be given to guest, cab/taxi assistance for guest during stay, don’t suddenly call the guest and ask them to check out on a sudden short time saying 24hrs check in and check out time, speak politely with guest, give clarity, allow a few hours of extension during check out, provide good drinking water daily in the room, talk...

「Excellent people & place. The staff are extremely welcoming and always ready to help. The restaurant caters for all and can prepare your request in minutes. The beach is a 5 minutes walk and surprisingly a very clean sandy beach. A 10/15 minutes rickshaw ride gets you to almost all surrounding temples and places of pilgrimage. 」

「Loved food, staff, location and amenities. I felt room had a specific odor but I guess the place is so humid that causes it. But what a beautiful location. Thoroughly enjoyed it. 」

「Property is good. We stayed here quite a few times. In the last visit I noticed the attending staffs keep standing there for tips which is awkward. One of them actually asked for it which is rare in such high priced properties.」
