"Misleading information on website. This was NOT a wheelchair accessible room as the shower was a step over cubicle and no handrails or equipment around the toilet area. To access the ‘disabled’ toilet off the dining room area you would have to negotiate a 10” step up and then down a 6” step. Again no rails or toilet equipment. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough. The lovely receptionist was very apologetic and sourced us another hotel locally which had a wheelchair accessible...
