We arrived late on a Sunday in a heavy downpour. The town is very remote and there were zero options to eat anywhere or not even any supermarket. The owner originally said that his restaurant was closed on Sundays, but then felt bad for us and opened it just for us. The meal was great and he only charged us 53 euros for a dinner with wine. We had an excellent stay here. The family (owners) are both warm and friendly, and the views are amazing. The room and bath are both spacious with a screened window for fresh air. Breakfast was typical Italian sweet breakfast, but they pivoted to accommodate my dairy allergy. Their on site restaurant is open for dinner on the weekends, and the food they served was delicious- my husband especially enjoyed the house made cheese and yogurt. friendly, accommodating, great location, a very pleasant stay at a good price. Roberto & co. went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, even getting various vegan goodies for the ample included breakfast. definitely more of a home or bed & breakfast feel than hotel. grazie mille!!
