"When I ring up about a late check out for Wednesday 5th April at 16:00 for your colleague tells me it's for free of charge, I expect this for my and my other colleague, but when we arrive at the hotel and we get told it's going to cost €80 each this is absolutely un acceptable and the excuse was 'my collogue enquired AFTER your rung'. "The hotel is quite isolated and there are no dining options around. It is advertised as having air conditioning, but I would not rely on that. Luckily it cooled down at night. Comparing to other hotels in the area, it was overpriced for what it offers."
