「Very clean and new.」

「Très propre, lit confortable, service à l’accueil très chaleureux… Malheureusement un peu bruyant car notre chambre était près de la machine à glace et du Micro-onde ou tout le monde peut avoir accès (il en avait pas dans la chambre)… Personnel du déjeuner très courtois mais très peu de choix pour le déjeuner….」

「Great place for families! Breakfast buffet is extra. Kids eat free but it’s fake eggs and bacon. Pool was excellent, as were food trucks and small restaurants around the block. Would definitely stay there again!」

「The property is very new, clean, and spacious. The area is quiet, but just one block away from the busy Bank street with many restaurants and shops. A bit of a walk to the city center (you can also take a short ride on a bus though), but recommended!」

「I stayed five days to visit and work at the national library (LAC) in Wellington st.,15 minutes to walk from the hotel (no buses), this wasn't problem for me, as there's no reasonable hotel around it. For visitors like me, it's almost the best place to stay, I can say : large living room, kitchen, bathroom, communicative staff, laundry, swimming pool, etc. Many shops around to support the relatively long-term visitors. One little thing : there wasn't a light in bedroom (broken) and the...

「First, the hotel offers a basic but quality breakfast that includes bread, fruit, cereal, French fries, scrambled eggs, and a variety of drinks. The view of the streets from the rooms and balconies is lovely. The hotel is adjacent to downtown Ottawa, so you can visit the Byward Market, Parliament Hill, the University of Ottawa, etc easily on foot. This hotel was perfect for me.」

「Located in the heart of downtown, it's a great location for shopping and dining. The room was clean and large enough to open my luggage even with a large carry case. The windows can also be opened for ventilation, allowing you to breathe in clean air. There is a large parking lot, so it is recommended for those who come by car.」
