"Incredible views of the bay and forest from the room- we saw macaws, toucans, and hummingbirds fly around our bungalow everyday. Down at the restaurant, we were also lucky to see iguanas and monkeys. The staff is amazing- Ingris, Andre, Lily, and Darlene. Everyone was so so sweet and hospitable. They take care of booking any activities you’re interested in. I recommend dining at their restaurant for dinner!"

Sehr hilfreiches und nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück zu einem fairen Preis. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und zu den Ausflugsboten. Wir haben viele tolle Vögel direkt vom Balkon beobachten können."

"My wife and I stayed at the Kunken Lodge along our travels around the beautiful country of Costa Rica. "It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. I was grilling to the sound of howler monkeys. The owners are a young Danish couple who are welcoming and helpful. They are building a big pool which is going to be ready in the next few weeks. We were the second guests and I can tell you- this is going to be an upscale lodge so come now while the prices are still reasonable. The way...
