"We had trouble with our key unlocking the door if it wasn't for the other door we'd be locked out."

"It is about time they did an upgrade on all rooms. Rooms are beautiful now however, lobby still looks. Old carpet and hallways are still old. They’ve done nothing with hallways or lobby or restaurant area room was comfortable."

"There was an issue with our reservation because it was thru a third party but the hotel staff particularly Tabitha sorted it all out for us and fixed the issue promptly. Out stay was wonderful. "

"We reserved a room that was supposed to have 1 King and 2 queen beds, but it had 1 king and 1 queen. We also had little to no water pressure in one shower and neither were more than lukewarm."

We were very tired from our long tour, and as soon as we walked in we were treated like VIP's by Brooke. I believe that Brooke should be promoted as soon as possible because the level of customer service we received was outstanding. We will stay here again on another tour. "
