"Excellent spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Staff service is inefficient. Booked buffet breakfast but no buffet was set up as there were few people in the hotel. No juice , no fruits for breakfast provided. What's the point of booking breakfast then? There were mosquitoes in the room but the whole hotel couldn't produce a good night machine. They only had a liquidator refill without the machine. Excellent property but totally disorganised"

"Every employee at the HOTEL is helpful, polite, and cheerful. It is impossible to single out one Employee because they are all excellent at their jobs. It was a pleasant stay.The hotel is not luxurious, but it is simple and clean.The menu was creatively designed, but some lunch and breakfast options could be added. Danish and croissants were mentioned but were not available, so there might need to be some more breakfast options."

"An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF. Moreover, when you asked/question them, the staff will behave RUDELY AND...
