「excellent place to stay」

「サービス 部屋のタオルが不足。レストランではスプーン・フォークが不足していたのでスタッフに頼んだが何度も忘れられた。 清潔感 部屋、浴室、レストラン、ジム。全て満足。 部屋の快適さ インドのホテルにしては狭い。日本のビジネスホテルを感じる。」

「This hotel is very good and at. A very near proximity to temple. They offer very good services and rooms are very clean and well maintained. We needed wheelchairs for Darshan and they arranged from hotel and we had seamless movement for my parents. Hotel staff were very courteous. Overall a great satisfaction. 」

「Very convenient, right opposite to the temple. Good restaurant option in the hotel. Only thing is, the restaurant doesn’t honor foreign credit cards.」

「Entire staff including the front desk, restaurant and bell boys are great.. checking in and out was smooth. Free car drop to the temple and the nearby places in town worked out pretty good. 」

「Liked : 1. Clean rooms 2. All items in rooms were new 3. Basement parking 4. Beds were queen size so 2 can sleep. 5. Only double bed could adjust in the room. No extra bed mattress can be adjusted. Overall room size is small. Disliked : 1. Upon call for any service like water unavailability, no one took care. 2. Sitting area near reception was very hot. No AC or Fan was there. 3. Food (milk) was extremely costly. It's 105 for hot milk. Overall it was good experience.」

「The rooms were good, however the service was not great. They had left used plates from previous visitors outside our room for almost 7-8 hours inspite of reminiding them multiple times to pick it up.」

「Value for money was above expectations. Super friendly staff. Yummy restaurant. Easy to find transportation. Great shopping with huge outdoor market and stores minutes away. Minutes walk to the river and ghats and about half an hour by tuktuk to Pandavlani caves.」

「While Booking through Expedia, the property rate was inclusive of Breakfast but during stay they denied any such booking. So we compelled to take breakfast with extra payment at the property since there was no other alternative available in the vicinity. There was no electric kettle in the room as well. Before check in , the property reception confirmed that there was confirmation for 1 room booking received by them from Expedia, but we booked for 2 rooms, which later they confirmed. 」
