"We booked because of the good reviews and the hot showers. We were not disappointed at all! Panorama is great with the genuinely friendly and helpful service of Mingna. Would book again in a heartbeat. "

"We had a great experience staying at this lodge during our trek to Namche Bazaar. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and it was great to have access to a hot shower after a long day of trekking. The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was excellent. "This place really made our EBC trip memorable. The architecture of the hotel was better than any other place we stayed at during the trek. Would highly recommend staying here."

"Proprietor clearly not interested in his business "

"The Mountain view hotel was the best locations in Lukla which wasn't far from the town or any other amenities. The staff & guide (D Sherpa) was the most knowledgeable local guides & the staff made you most welcome & nothing was too hard to accomplish.I would recommend the fine hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Lukla."

"The sister and brother who run this lodge are amazingly gracious and extremely helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, had a great view as well. The food was all made from scratch and was delicious. I rarely write reviews, but having had a past lifetime in the industry I know when the effort is there and these two newcomers to the hospitality industry are right on track. "
