「Terrible hotel. They didn’t have our booking, were over booked and couldn’t accommodate us. They are now refusing to refund our money. Beware of this hotel!」

「WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM. Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. 」

「Hi, I did not stay at this place and want a refund. On arrival they where fully booked and I went somewhere else. I went back several times in order to get a refund but with no luck. The owner even put the phone down in my ear. People drinking beer all over and making a noise. A horrible place to be.」

「Staffing was a major issue. There was a cleaner there when we got there and didn’t seem to have any information about us coming. The rooms weee clean but little things were broken (tv remote). When we tried to leave the next morning, there was absolutely no staff around and we couldn’t get out of the gate. It took us 10 minutes to figure out how to get out of the grounds. No communication from anyone. It would be a great little spot to stay if there was a bit better service. 」
