"No hot water, no working internet, they say they have internet and hot water for showers but it never works. I could barely lock my room, no working tv, lights in bathroom did not work, curtains falling out of wall. Everyone of these issues was brought to management the first three days and nothing was done. I stopped complaining. Upon checking out they refused to give a receipt of my expenses just said I had to trust them and pat the bill. I expect a partial refund as I had to pay between 10-...

"Nothing. They denied me the room I paid for and attempted to put me in another hotel in town without many of the amenities I had booked with them. Refused to give a refund. Refused to put in writing that I was being denied a room. The manager muttered "oh my god" at me when i asked if the place I was being sent had Wifi."

"The lodge has a great view from the main lodge area. The meals were all buffet style. The room I was in was dated but functional. The main lodge area is the only place for WiFi. The room has a fan but no air conditioning. Service was outstanding. Fair amount of animals nearby. Solid place to stay."
