「The rooms were excellent. The best thing that I liked about the place are the service from people. Super friendly and courteous, there is never an answer of “no” or “can’t be done “. While I don’t remember everyone who helped us out, few names that I remember are, Ajeesh at check-in, Vijay at the restaurant, Prabhakar at th the reception are all excellent. Sorry others, I can’t recollect all of your names. If they keep up the service level high, then this will be top hotel to stay in...

「I loved the property.I went with friends and kids were also with us.It is very clean and calm. They do everything to make your visit worthwhile 」

「Unfortunately we couldn’t stay at the emerald. The ac was broken and we were only informed once we arrived. We stayed at their other inn which was not similar to the emerald and what our expectations were. Disappointed in our stay. 」

Parking is hassle-free, which is a big plus. The restaurant deserves a special mention — the food is always enjoyable and well-prepared. Overall, a reliable and welcoming place to stay, and I’ll definitely return again.」

「I was forced to pay again at the time of check in by the receptionist, even if I paid the charges online. I paid twice for the same service. Absolutely bitter & terrible experience. Will never ever book any hotels through Expedia. Better improve yourself. 」
