「I declined sleeping at this premise because the room was full of molds so i requested for a different room but the Agent declined 」

「It wasn’t terrible, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center. The staff were attentive and well-intentioned. However, the breakfast was very poor. For six days, we kept eating omelet and bread. There were no slippers, tea, or coffee in the rooms—only a kettle. I honestly don’t understand what the kettle is for without tea or coffee. There was no shampoo in the bathroom either. The worst part was the constant noise coming from the water pump in the garden, which disturbed us all the time....

「It's a gorgeous place, the pool is a great addition and refreshing. The breakfast was served hot and on schedule. The housekeeping is lacking, bathroom fixtures wasn't secured to the walls (usable) and toilet stains. The dining room carpet was infested with ants and small insects. Still one of the best places in Kumasi and golfer friendly- 5 mins to the golf course.」

「Excellent Property by all standards!」

「Their water was polluted. As I turned on the water in the morning, at first the color was black with pure grime. Later on it turned brown. The staff failed to fix this problem in a timely fashion and I couldn’t shower the entire day. I ended up checking out to find a different hotel. Momo’s while acknowledging the problem has nonetheless refused to refund my payment. Momo’s staff were also deceptive. First they told me I owed dinner bill from the night I arrived and they would issue a refund...
