「Nice environment with clean rooms and a hot shower. Friendly staff. Food prep was a little slow but the food was good. Enjoyed the stay. 」

「The place itself was fine. No issues. A little far from shops. No blame to hotel but another guest had a trouble with car alarm going off a few times through the night. 」

「First day we didnt have AC in the room, it was a bit hot... then the following day they moved us to another room but the there was construction on that side... it was really noisy 」

「The Victoria Comfort Inn is located within walking distance of Obunga and about a 10 min ride to downtown Kisumu. It has a nice conference area which is pleasant for local businss. The staff is superb! We had excellent service both at check in and during all of our meal service (which we ate there every night). It has an expansive menu and even has a small gym. Though the hotel is humble in structure, it's well kept and clean. Great value for the money!」

「Had a great time here! Our laundry was washed, ironed and neatly folded for us and brought back to our room at an affordable rate. Shower water was hot during our whole stay and we had AC in our room- just request for it at the reception. Breakfast was decent. Only downside was final payments while checking out. Their card reader doesn’t accept more than ksh 2,000 so be prepared to have either cash or mpesa, it really inconvenienced me. Other than that, service was great!」
