「Amazing!!! The hotel itself is gorgeous and very clean. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. We would open the window at night just to hear the water running in the nearby river. The small historical neighbourhood is majestic and so peaceful. The staff at Kokkino Spiti went above and beyond. Very friendly, welcoming and professional. 「First of all, staff was very amazing, friendly and helpful(even with the limited resources given to them) which we're really grateful for!! Which unfortunately we cannot say about the management. We felt like he or she (we never found out) just tried to avoid us with really lame excuses and lies(one example: we've been told that was on a meeting at night and we can meet next morning 10am, half an hour later same night been told that wasn't even at the property).
