"We had an issue with the tub drain the first night but after contacting customer service the second time we were given an upgraded room. The hotel is located in an area very close to Resturant, banking and shopping facilities which was a plus for us."

"Never found the elevator, carried luggage up the stairs. Convenient location. Rooms are dated. Fridge made weird noises"

"Great location right off the I405. Anything we asked for was provided to us. Ground floor, extra towels, extra linens... Great staff. Grounds were nice with the exception of the dog owners that refused to clean up after their animals. Beautiful flowers littered the property. Great hot breakfast every morning. No complaints at all."

"I didn't like my bathroom. They gave a handicapped bathroom which by the way, i didn't requested it!!! A little observation: your company didn't offers any scencial items, like hair cap, or travel toothpaste, q tips etc, etc."

"It is an older property and they are doing renovations. The room was updated but every noise could be heard from hallway. The front desk was very helpful and nice. There was a nice coffee bar that made cappuccino. We were there for the OC marathon and they pulled out bananas and oranges early for runners "

"When visiting family I always stay here. The Rooms are a good size and very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning includes eggs and sausage/bacon, waffles etc all good! Great selection of to go items as well. The location is surrounded by great restaurants and shopping all walkable. It’s freeway close. Always enjoyable stay!"
