「I have stayed here several times but this last time was disappointing, front desk staff was not welcoming. There were 2 that were bothered when guest would ask questions. Air condition had to be replaced at 11:30pm in our room. I will say that the maintenance guy that came to replace it was very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience. He also responded fast when front desk noticed him.」

「The staff are welcoming. We did have issues with the Tv and had to call maintenance who did come immediately. The vent in the restroom was a bit noisy and the carpet had a bit of a smell.」

「We had an excellent experience, but one of our family members got a super smelly room and left the property. Apparently the people in that room before them were in there for 5 days without using any housekeeping. They had no other suite rooms available so the family left. I’m surprised they would let someone stay in a room that wasn’t properly cleaned and sanitized to remove the smell.」

「Overall the entire place was nice, little dirt here and there but it’s understandable it’s out in the hill country. The staff could be a little more helpful in a certain issue that I had other than that they were ok. Kitchen in the unit is very helpful if you are trying to save cost on eating out. They gym was small but convenient」
