「Great staff, clean hotel and room. Restaurant however was horrible. I waited 45 minutes for soggy wings and Cesar salad they had 1 waiter who was not the most attentive.」

「Fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony and covered deck. I was in a 1BDRM king suite with a beautiful fire place. There is no elevator to the 2nd for units but the maintenance staff was happy to help bring our things up. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.」

「The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. We were in town for a soccer tournament that was being held at the Rocky Top Sporting Complex and so this...

「This was a graduation celebration trip for my son. We had a great time! Be very careful though cooking outisde on the grill and eating. We did have a bear walk out of the woods on us and we had to run inside. The bear got to enjoy our hotdogs. The cabin was great!」
