「The room was older but had been remodeled. very clean. Newer AC. We were on the first level so there was no place to sit outside which was disappointing but it was easy to get to. The WiFi was not good, signal was poor.」

「This was a charming lodge! On the quieter part of downtown Gatlinburg, we appreciated getting out of the hustle and bustle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the experience of seeing a bear meander through the stream behind the lodge (happily viewing from the 3rd floor) from our little balcony. Check-in and check-out simple and straightforward, it was the perfect ending to our trip through the mountains.」

「Friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable rooms with an amazing creek rapids view from the private balcony. (No bear sightings but the Canadian geese were fun to watch.) Breakfast provided variety of fresh made pancakes, bagels, toast, yogurts, fruits, cereal, and breakfast sandwiches you could heat. The pool was by the street, but since hotel is tucked away it’s still pretty private for a cold refreshing dip on a hot summer day. I highly recommend this lodge and whenever I return to...

「I didn’t like anything. The flooring had a massive weak spot the out side deck railing was not safe. The toilet took more than one flush. And it smelled like mildew so bad」

「We had a great time… spotted a couple bears but no trouble!!! Didn’t have enough trash bags or toilet paper for more than one day and we stayed a week so prepare fr that stove was crazy knobs didn’t match heat settings」

「Amazing cabin at an amazing price! It is huge and spacious, making it perfect for a larger family. The cabin has everything you need, including a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, and even an additional microwave and small refrigerator downstairs. The location is excellent—only about 15 minutes from the park entrance and downtown, where all the fun activities are. I highly recommend this cabin. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you for helping make our family...
