"The rooms were clean and nice.
Pramod helped us a lot to drop off and pick up my old parents.
The only not so great thing was that the WiFi kept on fluctuating all the time. With no network in the area it wasn’t great.

"Overall it was a good experience. However, the property is not well maintained. Everything is functional. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location and views are great. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is good but not great. "

"Bodde i Ratnagiri som ett stopp i att resa vidare till Goa. Bodde i ett mycket stort fint rum, åt god middag i hotellets restaurang som även hade en bar. Vi hade tänkt åka till tågstationen för att fixa biljetter, men istället bokade hotellchefen biljetter åt oss och tryckte ut dem på papper. All personal vi träffade var mycket vänliga."
