「Property needs a serious overhaul as soon as possible and as fast as possible. Departments need to be trained on a regular basis. (Engineering contractors need to be instructed to conduct any conversations in an area out of guest view.) First room alloted wasn't great and had a rather disgusting health faucet. Second room was decent. Coffee mugs were broken and caused a spill. (IRD) Received no apologies regarding the same. Hallways were a mess and were dirty, with footprints and dust....

「The price an quality doesn't match, this is a basic hotel. Garbage of some party thrown on lawn on the way to Beach, which stinking badly. The resort looks good outside bit rooms are very bad. Not worth for the money spent. 」

「Overall nice place with all the basic stuff in good order. I found the check in process a bit cold and unwelcoming. One of the lights didn’t work but they were on it quick! They have a nice roof top restaurant with good food and cocktails. Their rooms and breakfast was pretty nice as well. Not too found of the busy location. Overall a good hotel and I would stay here again.」

「The staff at Maison Perumel were so helpful and friendly; they really made the stay special..The rooms are very comfortable and the food was exceptional! It is in the Heritage area of Puddichery so about a 15/20 minute walk from White Town and French Quarter but tuktuks are everywhere! I love the CGH ethos and definitely recommend Maison Perumel.」

「Horrible, First the when you set the location of the hotel from the hotels.com app , the hotel is not there. It is 10 KM from the location showing from your app. Untrained unprofessional staffs Lack of choices of foods and drinks Flies over food spread in Breakfast, less of people to serve, empty food trays for breakfast, no one was there to refill Over Horrible Hotel, you should stop booking it, sheer loose of money, not worth be paid more than INR 1000 」

「Nothing to like. This is not a resort but a hotel with extended property. Nothing special. Extremely understaffed. No one to clean the tables or service the restaurant. Pool closes at 6 pm. Very limited options in buffet. They said sea view room but when we went there they said there's no sea view room in property. No need to stay here and pay high for this disappointing stay.」

「Liked the stay, walkable to beach, comfortable for 2 people and quiet from hustle.. Room was maintained well but seen some cockroach...no coffee or tea available... Breakfast was good....」

「Not value for money」

「Hotel is exactly as shown in pictures. I got this at 800rupees for non ac room. Room was very neat and clean. The matrices was not that cozy but it's comfortable to have good sleep. Even though it was a non AC room the sealing fan was enough in the room. Infact sometimes i kept the fan off. There was no hot water in the bathroom but i didn't asked for it as I didn't required. But I guess they have the hot water arrangements for bathroom. There are table and chair arrangements out side every room...

「I waited two months to avoid writing this review, but the hotel owners are not responding. 1) I got charged 4 times, across three cards. The credit card companies and I are trying to contact them for the past few weeks, but they won’t respond. At. All. 2) we ate once at the restaurant on the property. The hotel manager seemed strange, incoherent and repeatedly saying what he wanted to say. I speak Tamil, but couldn’t get the guy to bring only what we ordered and charge only the price listed....
