「The owner greeted us upon entering and made us quite comfortable. Loved that the dinner menu changed daily. The staff was very accommodating. The owner gave us a private tour of the new extension of the hotel. Definitely will be back after the new wing is completed. 」

「I recently stayed alone for 3 nights. I was very satisfied with the hotel staff's response, room, and food. The location was on the west bank of the Nile River, so it was easy to access places like the Valley of the Kings, and unlike the east bank, it was quiet and comfortable. 「I paid in full to Expedia when I booked. However, when I checked in at the hotel. The hotel manage told me there was no reversation for me and if I wanted to stay, I had to pay them. They told me to call Expedia and get a refund from Expedia. I paid again to stay there. I chatted with Expedia about this and they informed that I should get a reponse in 72 hours. I did not get any responses or refund after days. Expedia scammed me my money」

All the perks shown on their ad was all BOGUS like the free airport transfers and KFC and Pizza Hut is 4000 feet away from the property, etc. This location is in the boonies and the caretaker is always asking for money every time I need something.」
