「Staffs were very helping and friendly, Great location for beach access. 」

「The stay was only forgiven because of the balcony apart from that there is nothing positive to share about the stay there were spider webs all across the room and washroom, faucet's were leaking,the doors lock was not working properly,bed linens were torn and had stains on them ,fridge was on the entire time but apart from the freezer nothing else was cooling 」

「Most important thing is Hotel is very close to Colangut Beach. Walkable distance is 4-5 min only. Budget Hotel, thanks to Expedia. One thing should remember about check out timing. Its 10 am sharp. The cleaning staff is very rude, should be improved. Overall nice and budget friendly hotel near to beach.」

「Ankom 03.01.25 og blev modtaget fantastisk venligt, og fik straks hjælp til at få kufferterne på 1. sal. Personalet var hele tiden meget hjælpsomme og opmærksomme på, om der var noget, vi manglede, eller som ikke var i orden. Alt var bare helt OK, der var daglig rengøring og den aftalte morgenmad var dagligt på Ocean Grill i stueetagen. Den 14. januar brækkede Lars desværre foden, og var nødt til at blive på værelset efter endt hospitals behandling og indtil lægeordineret hjemrejse kunne foregå....

「We had paid in full (superior room with balcony king size bed with breakfast) prior to arriving at Lillywoods Zac Resort as it was a last minute booking. The hotel only has beach access which is difficult with suitcases. We arrived early around 11:30am and had to sign a contract to pay for damages at check in. This was a comprehensive list of how much every item would be billed for including damage to fridge (£100) and bedding etc. We were then told that the room wasn’t ready but they would try...
