"Worst hotel. I didn't stay at the hotel due to lack of basic amenities. There was no electricity, no water, room was dirty as well. Only mistake I made was I forget to take pictures. I didn't stay at the hotel due to these issues and still they denied to refund me the money. Even I talked to Customer service of Expedia and they acted like they can't do anything about it. Terrible experience."

"I stayed Windsor Lodge with my daughter in June 2022. This is a Heritage property and renovated long back. The rooms are spaces and staff is very friendly. The problem is rooms are very old, stinking, linen and bed not good condition. Old style TV, bathroom, network issues away from the city. This Property needs immediate renovation. "

"Room - Average cleaning. Staff- Single staff so unable to provide help to all the guest. Amenities- worst, Geyser is available in only selected rooms. Water facilities was not working for 5 hours due to technical issue during our stay. If maintained well this stay could have been good as the property is okay but their is almost zero maintenance. Atleast the router and electricity was there which is why I gave 2 star."

"This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!"
