"Mange faciliteter på værelset manglede, ex skohorn, køleskab, glas glas, manglende mulighed for udluftning (vi boede i terrænniveau) og havde ikke lyst til at vindue eller terrassedør stod piv-åbent hverken nat eller dag. "Our booking confirmation said that there were 4 beds included. Even though I had this on paper they denied this was the case. So I even ended up having to pay for an extra bed. It is NOT ok to advertise and confirm a service that is then not included and they charge extra. There was a lot of noise from the street until late night and early morning. Overall a very unpleasant stay."
