" Beautiful Hotel!"

"Hotels.com clearly stated I booked a room for 2 adults & 1 kid of 16 year old, but on arrival Palazzo told us they only had a room for us for 2 adults and a baby, so we couldn't stay in the Hotel. The person behind the reception was so kind to look for a solution for us, but it was a hassle and not a nice experience to start of our vacation and we felt that the alt. room/hotel wasn't so nice looking as Palazzo. "

"Firstly bare in mind that this hotel is fairly new , just under 1 years old so you may have a few issues but nothing big, without a doubt 1 of the best experience in my life , the staff speak fluent English and are extremely helpful, first time in Albania and I promised to go back same hotel whenever I go back to Albania, the hotel was super clean and while we were there was other family’s aswell and the staff treated everyone with love and respect, unbelievable, we got everything we possibly...

"We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The hosts communicated quickly and shared all information we needed including taxi service to and from the airport. We had a small issue and they addressed it quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we need. It is very well located and easy to walk to anywhere you may want to go. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Tirana. "

"Les indications pour récolter les clés et comment se rendre dans l'appartement étaient très claires. Le proprio était très aimable et répondait vite aux questions. La chambre était propre par contre, la porte n’était pas bien sécurisée, avec un peu de force n'importe qui aurait pu s’introduire dans la chambre. "

"Camera Pulita e personale gentile. Una sola cosa, capisco che una bottiglietta di acqua possa avere un costo, ma non così esorbitante da non poterne mettere 2 nel frigorifero o in camera! Costeranno all’ingrosso 20/30 centesimi, caricate 1 euro sulla camera e ci guadagnate ancora ed in più, fate bella figura! "
