"No amenities or even how to get hot water to drink my tea at night, Juan, the attendant was very nice and help us get out luggage since it was on a 3rd floor which they call 2nd floor, No elevator, public transportation was a block away and they thad supermarkets and cafe,s around, I think for the price , it’s pretty good, they just need a common area for guests like every other hostel with a microwave and a pot to boil water , thanks Jusn fir your help, Annie"

"Room is comfortable. Staff in check in was good. My key did not always work last night and this morning. I was afraid to go out later last night in case my key doesn’t work and there’s not always someone at the reception desk. No staff this morning at 10 am when I left. I just left the key at the desk."
