"The overall environment was rustic. The room was good. As most hotels or guesthouses here, people do not pay attention to detail; forget aestetics. It has courtyards on 3 levels. The service team was always available. I reached out to them in advance and received taxi service from the airport. "

"I had a very relaxing 3 night stay when visiting the Lansdowne area. The room was comfortable, the staff were extremely kind and helpful and the food was good. My only niggles were (1) the location shown on the Hotels.com map is completely incorrect - it's 18 kms and a 40 minute drive away from the town, (2) both the hotel's card readers weren't set up for international cards - a bit of a problem when the nearest ATM is in Lansdowne!
