"Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön und durch die kleine Größe und lokale Lage einfach perfekt und heimlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, nicht nur was das Hotel anging, sondern auch im Restaurant. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen."

"The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email).
