「Cons: Not enough parking. Spend more on the bed. It was hard as a rock. Noticed water damage in the shower ceiling and possible black mold starting to spread. Pros: Breakfast was excellent, coffee was amazing. Room and facility were otherwise very clean and well maintained. Staff was super nice and helpful. Good value for the price.」

「I misunderstood the desk clerk and went to the wrong room (124 instead of 134). My key worked! The room overall was ok - it was clean. But my initial thought was it was a smoking room. The longer I was in the room, the less it smelled like smoke. It just smelled bad. If I moved around during the night, the bed mattress moved (kind of scary). The mattress felt like it had springs in it. Very uncomfortable. The shower did not work. Great water pressure but no shower. I could not get...

「When we arrived at our room, my husband walked in and said "It smells like beef in here", he has alphagal mind you. We always inspect our room before bringing anything in, and upon inspection, we found an old bowl of steak and ribs in the microwave. We were promptly given a new room, which was so dirty with dust and absolutely disgusting under the bed at the headboard. Needless to say, it was a total disappointment.」

「The room was incredibly clean. Check in was efficient but non-personal. My worst early impression was the luggage cart-just a utility moving cart without an upper rod to hang clothes or a purse etc. Room was small but adequate, no blanket or extra covers. Soap and shampoo were the refillable kind so you know nothing about the contents. Not even a box of Kleenex.」
