「This was the worst hotel we stayed in in Poland
- We booked and paid for breakfast, but did not get breakfast on first morning, got breakfast in a paper bag the 2nd morning, which consisted of meat (for a vegetarian) and included no coffee (milk and meat products were standing in front of the room door without cooling at the height of the heat wave), no breakfast on the 3rd morning.
- We would have preferred to change the accommodation to go somewehre with proper breakfast service, as food...

「The property was very clean but The lady at the reception during our check in was very rude. She was very arrogant when we asked to change our room since the room description in the listing was misleading.
Couple of things were not working in the room-The electric control for the black out drapes were not working. TV was not working either.
The lady during our check out was very courteous.」
