"The property is relatively new and well built. It wasn’t without problems, however, which is the only reason for the 4 stars. But the staff truly were responsive and helpful beyond the call of duty. The problems: our room didn’t have heat (they immediately provided an electric heater) and ultimately a burst pipe in the bathroom forcied us to move next door. This room too didn’t have heat (solved immediately) but more annoyingly, the phones had no power ( also solved immediately). The lunch...
