「Very disappointing...」

「I stayed there for a week and they never did housekeeping. I asked the front desk for it on the 3rd and 4th days but they didn't do it. 」

「Dawn at the front desk was so kind and helped us out. All staff very friendly and polite. 」

「This hotel is located in a great spot but it needs an overhaul way bad. The check in area and carpet is so dirty, the room is okay but the bathroom is tiny and wasn’t very clean. The beds were comfortable though. The breakfast was a sad effort. If there is a youth group ahead of you, don’t expect anything to be left. They don’t restock very well. I hate to leave a bad review but I wish I had read into the place better. I’m not sure if there is a better option in the area so I’m sure they will...

「I love walking into the hotel and you can smell how clean it was The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice and sweet the rooms were wonderful and I love the shower with the seat very roomy very clean. The breakfast was fine also for coming with the room the area was clean. The food tasted OK could’ve been a little warmer, but besides that for a free breakfast it was pretty good if I ever go up to Waterloo again I’ll definitely...

「This location was so easy to get to after getting off of the thruway. Checking in was simple and quick. The room was lovely, clean, and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable! I didn’t see any boxes of tissues - which would have been nice during this allergy season, and the bathroom sink in room 113 was slow to drain, but those are not major concerns. I did not avail myself of the continental breakfast because there was an incredible diner literally on the other side of the parking lot! ...
