「It was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable and clean bathroom was also very clean it had towels and i had a microwave and fridge. Overall i think everything was good」

「I didn’t like to be honest. The phone line didn’t work and the tv didn’t either the first night. I had to ask to get it fixed. The tv had an adapter that looked like a camera and it scared me for a min. Till I covered it.」

「We were very impressed with this Best Western. It’s in a lovely area and is very well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful. We wish it were closer to the Providence airport.」

「I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...

「Room was not very convenient for family of 4. Room only had 1 chair. Sofa bed was not prepared with any linens. Room service was only every other day but only 1 door hook in bathroom to hang wet towels.」
