「Staff was mostly great and responsive to make things right in every way. There was “one thing” that has yet to be completed but I’m hope it will be? Location was in the heart of old town and easily walkable to most historic sites bars and restaurants. Sound proofing was great for this inner city property. If you require laundry facilities this is your place. I will modify this review once the “one thing” is completed to my liking.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Infantado. Staff was helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was great (strong pressure), and while the bathroom was very small, the sleeping space was adequate, with ample storage. It met our needs. Unlike the description, there was not laundry service on premise (which is one of the factors why we had reserved there), but we were able to find a laundromat nearby so it worked out well. 「El apartamento en sí, no está mal, pero hubo cosas que deberían mejorar: - Faltaban sábanas para el sofá cama y toallas para un tercer huésped, nos dimos cuenta sobre las 22h y tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con el establecimiento, los cuales, se encargaron de traerlas muy rápido (al César, lo que es del César...) - El edredón para el sofá cama, estaba hecho un gurruño dentro del canapé de la cama. - Una de las almohadas, tenía manchada la funda y la otra con una mancha enorme por dentro...
