「It was exactly what I had hoped for. My dad grew up a block away. He was very pleased to be home. Perfect taste of East Belfast. 」

「What a great place to stay! It exceeded our expectations , with beautiful, bold decor and a perfect finish. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The house is located in a quiet area, with great transport links into central Belfast. Loved it!」

「The apartment was lovely very comfortable and clean. The building is situated next to the hospital entrance so maybe have better directions to get in as we were faced with a locked gate upon arrival and our host wasn't answering. Also provide two contact numbers to save frustration. All in all it was good location and reasonably priced. 」

「Owners are responsive when contacted. Very clean and well looked after property. I value both very much as they are attributes not that easy to find in these kind of properties. 1 bathroom for potentially quite a few guests capacity. I was lucky I never forgot to lock the bathroom door or I would have had someone walking in while I was having a shower in two ocassions. (not sure if the water running is THAT quiet) 」

「Thanks for the stay, easy check in, nice place. Convenient laundry facilities 」

「Would recommend for a short stay. Room was not ready until almost 4 pm, and there was no ice machine, or ice ice available from the bar. I ordered a pint of Guinness that took a while to arrive and was warm. Area was extremely convient and the stafff was both apologetic and friendly. 」

「The hotel management company this property use are a joke. They either charge you £25 for damage you might commit or take £250 in full out your bank for 4 weeks. Would avoid due to this in future. 」

「学生の寮の様です。チェックインすると、清掃されてない部屋へ案内されました。事情を話すと変えてくれましたが、あまり気持ちのいいものではありませんでした。まあ、2日滞在しましたが、2日とも深夜に火災のアラームがなりました。レセプションに行くと、多分間違いだろという様な感じで…もしベルファストに行くことがあったとしても絶対に泊まりません。」

「the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

「This was the worst stay in my trip through the UK. The hostel was a good 30 minute walk from downtown, very cramped room for 6 people to fit in. There wasn't even a bin for the garbage bag. This place only makes sense for those going to visit folks at the university.」
