"En general todo estupendo "

"This is actually a student residence, not a hotel. Therefore don’t expect hotel services."

"Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. I strongly recommend the chalet. "

"Maria at reception was lovely, very helpful with directions for good restaurant and always happy to chat "

"Excelente alojamento ao nível da limpeza, conforto e localização. Estava tudo como descrito."

"Everything was good; one staff member was less than friendly."
