"I stayed at hotel Taiyo Noen for one night, after arriving in Tokushima late at night. The staff at the hotel was really nice. Shoutout to the Nepalese gentlemen who spoke English, helped me, and made my stay even better. Breakfast was really delicious and filling. The location is also very convenient. "The hot spa on the top (11th) floor was excellent! Also the 24 hours open convenience store in the 1st floor is literally convenient. Also Very good was Tully's coffee on the 1st floor. It was an excellent stay."

"You need to have a car but otherwise, this hotel was a good base to travel to and from Tokushima, take a boat trip to the Naruto whirlpools and visit local beaches.
The lack of onsite restaurant and a common area to cook and eat in made for a relaxed feel which was a pleasant change from other more hectic hotels we had stayed in before this one.
The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had all the information we needed about the local area.
One thing to note is that the hotel cannot currently arrange luggage forwarding to your next hotel. Staff did find the local Yamato depot for us and helped as much as they could but if we had not had a car, it would not have been possible."
"Property is very accessible and conveniently located adjacent to Tokushima Bus Station, which is the main congregation point for all local buses in the area.
Let's be honest, you shouldn't spend much time in your hotel room when you are in a foreign country, you should be exploring and getting a feel for the culture."
