The manager of the hotel came to our room at 8 pm to change the trash can, didn't apologize, nothing. We freaked out. Also, we were told that we could charge our Tesla all night, the hotel manager was ripping out the car's charging cable in the morning. That wasn’t nice. "Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. "
